The Bat Boat tour is awesome! I went one year and had a blast. Watch your head!
Another activity to consider is the 101x Movies in the Park series held at Central Market on Lamar & 40th. One downside is there could be a serious mosquito issue since it would be at night, but worth noodling over. I can't believe I just used a work term...
